In doing so, plans, organizes, and implements continuity of stroke care to include involvement in continuous process improvement; patient, public, and professional education; protocol development; weekly interdisciplinary stroke rounds; and maintains positive relations among affiliated Network hospitals and medical centers, physicians, Medical Center personnel and external agencies to ensure appropriate design and promotion of programs.
