Responsible for all front Desk Functions in a Primary Care setting Schedule Appointments Schedule specialty and ancillary appointments Answer Phones Complete Managed Care Referrals Obtain Pre-Certs when needed Responsible for patient registration data entry Verify Insurance Daily Batching of encounter forms Log referrals in the tracking system Follow up for reports from specialists Arrange transportation when needed for patients Assist patients when needed Review the patients charts and encounter forms for completion File reports, file charts Perform other duties as assigned.
