Responsible for maintaining the following systems that include but are not limited to: HVAC systems (including boilers, chillers, cooling towers, compressors, pumps, filters, AHUs, MAHs, VFDs, and exhaust fans), Electrical systems (Distribution, switchgear, transformers, and lighting systems), Instrumentation & Controls (Allen Bradley PLCs, VFDs (Siemens), remote I/O, transmitters, switches, and proximity sensors), Dock systems and Roll-up doors, Plumbing/Restroom systems. Facilities Maintenance Technicians utilize technical, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills while working with the entire Facilities Operations and Maintenance departments, performing general, preventive, and emergency maintenance duties as needed and assigned.
