Experience:
Two years of recent RN experience in Critical-Care Nursing.
Minimum of 1 year inpatient PACU experience.
License:
Active RN License required.
Certifications:
AHA BLS
ACLS
PALS
Must-Have:
Knowledge of airway management, anesthesia recovery, and pain management.
Description:
Work ten-hour days with occasional flexibility for later starts if needed.
The position requires the ability to orient and work at different locations.
CPAN or CCRN certification is preferred.
Charge experience is preferred.
Responsibilities include managing patients in recovery post-anesthesia.
The role involves monitoring vital signs and ensuring appropriate pain management.
Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams is essential for optimal patient care.
Candidates must be ready to adapt to changing demands within the unit.
All RN positions require a BSN.
Prior travel experience within the last 12 months is required.
Teaching hospital experience is preferred.
Candidates must have COVID vaccination and booster; proof is required.
