Responsible for performing CMA clinical duties to include, but not limited to obtaining vital signs, administering limited profile of medications/injections per approved policy, performing simple diagnostic tests, collecting specimens, drawing blood, cleaning equipment, ordering/stocking supplies, and maintaining exam rooms in an outpatient care setting. Current certification from one of the following medical assisting credentialing bodies (accrediting body listed first, certification denoted in parenthesis): AAMA (CMA), AMT (RMA), NHA (CCMA), NCCT (NCMA), or MedCA.
