The Assistant Director supervises full-time and student staff, manages the Center''s daily operations, and collaborates with campus partners to ensure CBP-CIL programs are responsive, well-assessed, and aligned with the Division of Student Affairs' strategic priorities.

As a member of the creative team, this position contributes to the development of high-impact narrative content that supports fundraising, alumni engagement, donor stewardship, and advancement events through strategic storytelling, donor communications, and marketing materials that reflect the university’s values and impact.
