p>The Assistant Construction Project Manager will assist the Construction Project Manager, Project Manager, Site Manager, and/or the Engineer Procure Construct (EPC) Project Manager or Program Manager with day-to-day management of project safety, quality, schedule, cost control, contracts, subcontractors, suppliers, procurement, proposals, estimates, documentation, turnover, client interface, field-based activities, and other duties required to execute Engineer Procure Construct (EPC) projects, construction management, and program management ventures.

The Construction Project Manager is responsible for managing the construction project safety, quality, schedule, cost control, contracts, subcontractors, suppliers, proposals, estimates, documentation turnover, client relations/management, field staff, and other duties required to execute EPC, Construction Management, Construction, and Program Management projects. The organization manages multi-million dollar procurement portfolios and large-scale energy, water, and transportation projects, employing project managers, project controls specialists, supply chain professionals, and field construction teams who deliver critical infrastructure from pre-construction through project completion.

Prepare possible questions and answers for management in advance of earnings calls, presentations, and investor meetings to ensure smooth communications and responses to investors; requires obtaining high quality information from financial, regulatory, corporate planning and other Ameren personnel, including senior leadership. Key responsibilities include: Prepare quarterly earnings call press release, script and supporting presentation materials as well as presentation materials for analyst and investor meetings, present materials to senior management and Executive Leadership Team (ELT).

li>Experience throughout the program lifecycle from development through sustainment to include: proposal development, requirements decomposition, generation of system and subsystem statements of work and subcontracts, risk management, and continuous improvement efforts including implementation cost reduction and performance improvement efforts. The Senior EHS Manager leads and executes EHS programs, ensures regulatory compliance, drives continuous improvement and implements robust systems to reduce risk across divers operational environments including laboratories, distribution, and remanufacturing/servicing operations.
