Proficiency in basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook), demonstrate knowledge and understanding of construction delivery systems, the construction administration processes, building trades, technical aspects of construction including means and methods, materials, building systems, planning, scheduling and estimating, effective written and verbal language/communication skills, developed negotiating skills, effective time management and organization skills, basic and all necessary math skills, ability to read plans, and effective communication skills. Other key responsibilities include coordinating the efforts of all members of the field work crew to ensure that the proper level of quality is achieved on all work performed; to ensure that actual job costs are consistent with, or lower than, the estimated costs on all job installation projects; to maintain a frequent level of communication with the Project Manager, General Superintendent, Director of Operations and President that provides complete up-to-date knowledge as to job site activities, and any related special projects as required.
