Specialized experience includes: Applying federal tax law, IRS policies, procedures, and Internal Revenue Manual (IRM) provisions to analyze complex case processing trends, identify procedural barriers impacting taxpayers, and recommend corrective actions; Recommending organizational and staffing adjustments based on workload modeling, complexity, inventory projections, and evolving tax law or policy changes affecting taxpayer populations; Designing and implementing improvements to methods, procedures, and internal controls to enhance efficiency and quality in case advocacy, systemic advocacy, and cross-functional IRS coordination; Planning and establishing operating procedures for special initiatives or projects, including developing guidance, training materials, and performance measures related to procedural changes or technology changes.
