Responsibilities Scrum Responsibilities Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives Support a structure of continuous improvement by managing retrospective actions to completion Remove impediments through proactive problem-solving and stakeholder coordination Project & Delivery Management Oversee project planning, delivery timelines, and cross-team execution for Salesforce initiatives Identify, manage, and resolve complex cross-functional dependencies Ensure transparency of project status, risks, and release roadmaps Track and report progress against commitments, quality metrics, and delivery outcomes Maintain documentation of business processes, release notes, workflows, and program artifacts Business Analysis & End-User Engagement Work with stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into scalable solutions Facilitate UAT sessions and functional demonstrations across multiple teams Lead onboarding, training, and change-management activities Drive user adoption through structured communication and support Build positive team dynamics and strong relationships with customers, users, and technical staff Other Duties as Assigned Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelors degree + 5+ years experience across application development lifecycle, infrastructure engineering, or application hosting Minimum 3+ years as a business analyst 5+ years of Salesforce Administration experience (Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud) Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, business analysis, communication, and documentation skills Salesforce Admin Certification preferred Experience working in Agile delivery environments as Scrum Master Strong working knowledge of Jira for backlog and sprint management Ability to foster a data-driven, structured Agile culture Demonstrated ability to balance team capacity, prioritization, quality, and deadlines Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks; the selected person will also need to be willing (and able) to put the business analyst hat on and work with teams to build out solutions needed.
