Reporting to the Senior Director of Product & Marketing, the role leads the planning and execution of integrated marketing strategies and campaigns across SMB, GEM, Carrier, and Agent channels to drive market share and revenue growth, while providing oversight of brand implementation, campaign management, SEO and content development, website maintenance, social media strategy, sales enablement collateral, and event coordination. Required software experience includes Salesforce; Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); social media management platforms such as Hootsuite and Buffer; marketing automation and email tools including Marketing Cloud; Craft CMS; and project management software such as Basecamp.
