li>Intermediate to advanced knowledge of a broad spectrum of commercial finance transactions (such as commercial real estate, C&I, ABL, public finance, warehouse lending, technology, bioscience, healthcare, agriculture, resort finance, equipment finance, others), including deal structuring, origination, workout, and enforcement; special assets experience a plus.
