What youre great at: ā¢ Implements preventative maintenance programs such as A/C filters, fire extinguishers, and appliances ā¢ Maintains daily upkeep, including but not limited to painting, plumbing, electrical work, moving furniture, hanging drywall, and landscaping clean-up ā¢ Completes maintenance calls, general upkeep of Sales Center and Welcome Center ā¢ Notifies manager of any issues ā¢ Assists guests when needed ā¢ Completes all other duties as requested.

ā¢ High School Diploma ā¢ Have a valid drivers license and proof of insurance ā¢ Have and maintain a good driving record, clear of significant violations ā¢ Knowledge of the Timeshare industry ā¢ Experience in general resort maintenance, such as landscaping, construction, and upkeep ā¢ Able to read construction work orders and use basic tools.
