Maintain ownership and accuracy of asset, vehicle, and contact data within the Fleet Management System (FMS) to ensure effective automated push notifications for scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) and defect resolution; promptly address and resolve system or communication issues with relevant stakeholders.
p>Physical Demands: Will be exposed to the constant activity that requires intermittent standing, bending, crouching, pushing/pulling, lifting/moving/carrying light and heavy loads, climbing stairs and ladders. Ability to troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment, plumbing systems, electrical systems, all major appliances, pool and spa equipment and other community systems.
ul>Degree in Management, Engineering, or related disciplines or equivalent preferred background considered would involve a minimum of five years in manufacturing maintenance (Industrial, Mechatronics Equipment) and machine operations experience with progressive responsibility or equivalent experience.
