What You Will Bring
Our ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of multifamily maintenance experience and the following qualifications:
- HVAC certification required .
li>Replacing any parts on equipment such chains, bearings, motors, transmission, sprockets, pulley, belts, food contact belts, conveyors guides, lights, filters, flights on conveyors, wear strip on conveyors etc. The Maintenance Supervisor should be in charge of performing maintenance WO, Electrical repairs, PLC Programs as required to all equipment in a safe manner by observing all safety rules.
This is a great opportunity for a skilled maintenance leader who can oversee daily operations, guide the maintenance team, and ensure the property remains in excellent condition. Manage unit turns and ensure make‑readies are completed on schedule.
p>Physical Demands: Will be exposed to the constant activity that requires intermittent standing, bending, crouching, pushing/pulling, lifting/moving/carrying light and heavy loads, climbing stairs and ladders. Ability to troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment, plumbing systems, electrical systems, all major appliances, pool and spa equipment and other community systems.
ul>Degree in Management, Engineering, or related disciplines or equivalent preferred background considered would involve a minimum of five years in manufacturing maintenance (Industrial, Mechatronics Equipment) and machine operations experience with progressive responsibility or equivalent experience. This role offers ample growth opportunities while working side-by-side with an impassioned, multi-disciplinary team spanning mechanical design, software, computer vision, systems integration, and ops, to design and operationalize world-changing technology.
