What You’ll Be Doing: You’ll play a key role in keeping our production lines running efficiently and continuously improving performance: Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment to meet operational demands. At kdc/one, our Maintenance Mechanics are more than fixers—they’re problem-solvers, coaches, and critical drivers of operational success.
p>This position consists of repairing and maintaining all production and facility equipment, new equipment installations, and maintaining established preventative maintenance programs.

Hands-on proficiency (testing required) in: Arc, MIG, TIG, and Stick welding; PLCs; electrical; VFDs; HVAC; pumps; hydraulics; pneumatics; gearboxes. A production line stalls—you diagnose the issue, tear down an intricate mechanism, replace worn components, reassemble, and bring it back online.
