ā¢ Have a valid driver's license and proof of insurance ā¢ Have and maintain a good driving record clear of significant violations ā¢ Associate's or bachelor's degree in facilities/property management ā¢ Experience in a manager-level resort maintenance role ā¢ One (1) to two (2) years of experience in building and facilities maintenance ā¢ Certified Pool Operator (CPO) or Aquatic Facility Operator (AFO) certification ā¢ HVAC certification ā¢ OSHA certification ā¢ Hazardous material handling training within six (6) months of hire date ā¢ One (1) year experience in the care, maintenance, and repair of large, commercial, or public swimming pools and associated equipment and facilities. Performs a variety of skilled work in the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of resort buildings and units, including carpentry, plumbing, filter maintenance, and light fixture maintenance.
