• Have a valid driver's license and proof of insurance • Have and maintain a good driving record clear of significant violations • Associate's or bachelor's degree in facilities/property management • Experience in a manager-level resort maintenance role • One (1) to two (2) years of experience in building and facilities maintenance • Certified Pool Operator (CPO) or Aquatic Facility Operator (AFO) certification • HVAC certification • OSHA certification • Hazardous material handling training within six (6) months of hire date • One (1) year experience in the care, maintenance, and repair of large, commercial, or public swimming pools and associated equipment and facilities. Performs a variety of skilled work in the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of resort buildings and units, including carpentry, plumbing, filter maintenance, and light fixture maintenance.
