p>SUMMARY: This position is responsible for managing the performance of the maintenance supervisor, maintenance coordinator, maintenance technicians, managing a preventive and predictive maintenance program to increase machine uptime and improve efficiencies, facilities maintenance, and special projects to enhance safety, quality and continuous improvement initiatives that support company goals. The employee works in the office of a manufacturing plant environment with normal exposure to noise, dust, and hazards associated with working in a high traffic, heavy machinery, manufacturing plant.
