Perform various facility and grounds maintenance functions, including general building repairs, electrical repairs and modifications ,office and furniture repairs and rearrangement, building painting, equipment installation and repair, exterior grounds maintenance, recycling and hazardous waste disposal, as well as perform carpentry, plumbing and welding functions as needed to maintain the facilities. Physical demands include standing, walking, bending over, crawling, climbing, reaching overhead, kneeling, crouching, balancing, pushing and pulling, repetitive use of both hands, grasping, fine dexterity, being around other work equipment and machinery, driving cars, trucks, forklifts, walking on uneven ground, as well as lifting up to 50 lbs.
