That may include but, not limited to checking schedules and organizing patient flow to ensure patient visits are started in a timely manner; greet and escort patients to exam rooms; prepare for the provider-patient encounter by obtaining a comprehensive health history and vital signs; perform required screenings per established guidelines. Complete in a timely manner, with adequate supervision, the assigned clinic maintenance tasks including but not limited to the following: setting up instruments and equipment, running tests and controls on equipment, cleaning exam/procedure rooms and documenting completed tasks based on clinic protocol.

Some of your responsibilities include: Assist General Manager in directing and leading all hotel operations ensuring and setting a high level of guest service. Review team schedules and at times lead all aspects of hotel departments such as; Security, Engineering, Reservations as well as, monitor and maintain property interfaces.
As an Assistant Shop Manager (ASM) you will: Provide excellent customer service and process payment for services performed Assume the responsibility and authority of the Shop Manager in the Shop Manager's absence Run the floor (making sure each employee is where they need to be, ensuring everything has been checked on each vehicle, and every customer is satisfied before they leave) Perform opening and closing procedures Assist with counting and adjusting inventory Train new employees to fulfill duties in the Take 5 way Drain motor oil, change oil filters, and perform other auto services as necessary Restock and maintain inventory levels on the floor Maintain shop, office, and bathroom cleanliness All our crew members need to meet the following requirements: Must be able to lift to fifty (50) pounds Must be able to maneuver in and out of a shallow 3' deep pit to position yourself safely under cars Must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, etc. for extended periods of time and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling, and turning Must be willing to work in hot/cold weather conditions if necessary Must have reliable transportation to and from the shop #LI-DNI #DBHVOL Get early access to 50% of your earned wages at any time through our myFlexPay program. Responsibilities include training and coaching employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding, addressing complaints, resolving problems, and under the direction of the General Manager or senior manager the disciplining of employees. At least three months supervisory experience, or 6 months theatre experience with completion of Cast Certification Program, or a combination thereof, or, after showing potential leadership and/or management skills to theatre management, which is subject to VP approval.
The PCA audits aircraft maintenance documentation both in-progress and at completion followed by data entry and scanning audited copies into archive. Key support within maintenance work booth to assist in updating reports, document control and informing Project Manager of needed document corrections.
