Position: Maintenance AssistantThe Purpose of this position is to plan, organize, develop and assist the Maintenance Supervisor with the overall operation of the Maintenance Department in accordance with the current local, state, and federal standers, guidelines and regulations, and as directed by the Administrator to assure that the facility is maintained in a safe and comfortable manor. Assist with competing regulars rounds of the facility to check all maintenance zones to ensure the quality control and safety, health and welfare of patients, employees, families, visitors in the facility, and correct or report equipment failure or damage to the Administrator immediately.
