Job Description
Commercial & Money Movement Solutions (CMS) is a strategic growth pillar for Visa, focused on enabling businesses, financial institutions, governments, and platforms to move money domestically and globally. The Global CMS Sales Process Center of Excellence (CoE) simplifies, standardizes, and transforms sales processes across CMS to improve seller effectiveness, customer experience, and commercial execution. The CoE partners across Sales, Product, Finance, Legal, Technology, Data, and regional teams to improve customer and seller journeys, enable scalable execution, and accelerate commercial outcomes through process excellence, technology innovation, and AI-enabled automation.
We are seeking a full-time Senior Manager to lead global process improvement initiatives across the customer and seller journey by translating business pain points into scalable operating models, workflows, governance, product enhancements, and automation solutions. This role is accountable for delivering measurable improvements in speed, quality, seller experience, adoption, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Drive Global Sales Process Transformation (50%)
- Lead end-to-end process improvement initiatives across the CMS customer & seller journey, including lead management, deal structuring, contracting, account growth, etc.
- Assess current-state processes, seller pain points, handoffs, controls, and system dependencies; design future-state journeys that reduce friction and improve customer and seller experience.
- Develop scalable global standards, operating models, governance frameworks, roles and responsibilities, AI-ready process documentation, and service-level expectations.
- Partner with business units and regions to scale proven practices globally while accommodating legitimate market, regulatory, and product requirements.
- Establish continuous improvement mechanisms and feedback loops that identify bottlenecks, rework, manual effort, and opportunities for simplification.
- Deliver measurable improvements in cycle time, quality, seller productivity, process adoption, and time to revenue.
2. Lead CMS Sales Product Ownership & Program Delivery (25%)
- Act as CMS business product owner for sales process tools, platforms, and workflow capabilities, with accountability for the seller experience and intended business outcomes.
- Build and manage roadmaps that connect business priorities, seller needs, process dependencies, and technology investments.
- Translate business problems into clear requirements, user stories, success measures, and prioritized backlogs.
- Lead cross-functional programs from discovery and design through UAT, testing, launch, adoption, and post-launch improvement.
- Coordinate across Sales, Finance, Legal, Product, Technology, Data, and regional stakeholders to resolve dependencies and maintain delivery momentum.
3. Advance AI & Automation Integration (15%)
- Identify and prioritize opportunities to embed AI and automation into sales workflows, reduce repetitive manual work, improve decision support, and enable sellers to focus more time on clients.
- Design workflow solutions using relevant tools and platforms, such as Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics CRM, Copilot Studio, Claude Code, Azure Functions, Azure Key Vault, and n8n, as appropriate.
- Partner with technology, engineering, security, and data teams to move use cases from concept to scalable production solutions.
- Prototype and test solutions where appropriate, while ensuring sound architecture, security, controls, and responsible AI practices.
- Drive user trust and adoption through transparency, practical guidance, human oversight, change management, and ongoing performance monitoring.
4. Strengthen Data Analysis & Reporting (10%)
- Define KPIs, baselines, targets, and measurement frameworks that connect process improvements with seller, operational, and commercial outcomes.
- Analyze operational data and user feedback to identify bottlenecks, quality gaps, adoption barriers, and improvement opportunities.
- Develop concise executive reporting and dashboards covering delivery progress, process performance, adoption, quality, efficiency, and realized business impact.
- Use insights to prioritize the roadmap, challenge low-value activities, and inform investment and governance decisions.
Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications:
- 9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD
- 8 or more years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, product operations, business process transformation, product management, program management, management consulting, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience leading complex, enterprise-scale process improvement or transformation initiatives across multiple functions and geographies.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise B2B sales processes.
- Experience serving as a product owner or translating business needs into roadmaps, requirements, user stories, workflows, and technology solutions.
- Experience leading UAT, testing, launch readiness, adoption, and post-launch optimization.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and align teams across Sales, Finance, Legal, Product, Technology, Data, and Operations.
- Strong analytical, structured problem-solving, communication, and executive presentation skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in a global, matrixed environment and move between strategy, design, governance, and hands-on execution.
- Experience in payments, financial services, fintech, or another complex regulated industry.
- Hands-on familiarity with Dynamics CRM, Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio, workflow automation, generative AI, or agentic AI solutions.
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, Scrum, service design, journey mapping, or related process and product disciplines.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented individual with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor, attention to detail, and ability to structure and conduct quantitative analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence effectively in a matrixed organization, including with stakeholders who are not direct reports.

For roles located in the US, the estimated salary range for this position is $149,800.00 to $ 240,100.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
