This role involves advocating for clients to achieve favorable settlements or verdicts, conducting thorough investigations, drafting legal documents, and negotiating with insurance companies and opposing counsel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury law, with experience representing clients in cases such as motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, medical malpractice, and product liability.
The ideal candidate will have excellent writing and communication skills, have attention to details, be professional and efficient, be able to work under tight time constraints, work well on a small team, have an appreciation for a high level of customer service, and have a genuine interest in litigation and trial work.
