Provide first-line supervision to all employees in the F&S field, supervision will include providing leadership, giving direction, providing technical advice, evaluating completed work, training, mentoring, coaching, providing input on employee evaluations, and recommending corrective actions. Work Environment: Exposure to weather, extreme heat or cold, high noise intensity level, atmospheric conditions, exposure to electrical shock, exposure to toxic or caustic chemicals, wet and/or humid, vibration, proximity to moving mechanical parts, working high exposure places.
