We are looking for reliable  Regional Truck Drivers based in Minnesota to join our team! Enjoy steady routes, competitive pay, and guaranteed  weekends off to spend with your family. Routes: WI, IL, IA, and occasionally TN 
 Schedule: Out Monday – Home by Friday evening 

 Pay & Benefits: 
~ Home every weekend – Off Saturday & Sunday 
~ Earn $0.55 - $0.60 per mile or 23% of line haul 
~1 week vacation after 90 days 
~$3000 Sign on Bonus ($250 after first load)
~68 mph Cruise Speed

Mentors and their trainees handle no-touch freight, which primarily consists of refrigerated goods along with some dry freight. Our mentors get paid for all the miles the truck moves and make extra with Mentor Bonuses and Cash Incentives.

Over The Road Mentor$1,800-$2,230 per week! Job Description:<ul><li>The Over the Road Mentor position offers an excellent opportunity to travel while earning competitive pay.</li><li>Our mentors get paid for all the miles the truck moves and make extra with Mentor Bonuses and Cash Incentives.</li><li>We are committed to safety. We equip our drivers with the top-of-the-line Freightliner trucks that are three years old or newer.</li><li>Mentors and their trainees handle no-touch freight, which primarily consists of refrigerated goods along with some dry freight.</li><li>Mentors train apprentices to safely and efficiently operate a truck in compliance with state and local laws, as well as company policies.</li><li>Your success as a mentor will depend on your strong work ethic and effective communication.</li><li>All mentors will need to be 25 years of age or older and must have 6 months of recent tractor trailer experience.</li></ul>Delivery Locations:<ul><li>Delivery locations and haul lengths vary based on your place of residence.</li></ul>Schedule:<ul><li>Home Time: 2-3 weeks out with 2-3 days off</li></ul>Compensation:<ul><li>Mileage Pay All Miles</li><li>Mentor and Network Bonuses</li><li>Safety Bonus Incentives</li></ul>Equipment:<ul><li>Company provided sleeper trucks pulling 53' trailers.</li><li>All trucks are automatic transmissions.
