Swim Instructors and lifeguards are responsible for ensuring the success of swim lessons by: Making sure you and your team are set up for success at every lesson by preparing your class materials and reviewing your lesson themes. Teaching 4 swimmers per class by going through a well-established and proven curriculum of water safety, swim and swimplay skills (6 swimmers in our infant, parent-and-me style lessons).
