Evaluate student nursing practice written work; evaluate skill competencies of students per established evaluation tool; assist with and evaluate skill acquisition by the student; conduct individual evaluation conferences with students at midterm, end of semester, and as needed; provide written feedback to students on their performance; notify mentor or course coordinator of any student concerns in a timely manner.
