li>Provide legal advice and guidance to business partners with respect to a variety of matters, including, but not limited to, B2B (business to business) and B2R (business to retail) commercial contracts, support of D2C (direct to consumer) consumer product marketing and sales, including,
but not limited to, development of terms and policies for online and in-store consumer experiences, advertising and marketing review, promotions and sweepstakes, equipment sales, service and consumable supply, product fulfillment services, software development and licensing matters, including utilization of AI technology, trade compliance (e.g., antitrust, import/ export regulations), product compliance and consumer product packaging review, customer service inquiries and complaints, investigative matters, and other legal matters, as assigned.
Support day-to-day legal matters of FUJIFILM North American Corporation, Imaging Division, reporting to Senior Counsel and working in close collaboration with internal legal team, subject matter experts, and outside counsel under the general supervision and direction of Senior Counsel, as a core member of the FUJIFILM Holdings America Corporation in-house legal team.
