Partner with different department managers and deploy training initiatives Analyze and assesses training and development needs Implement training plans and curriculum that align with the department and individual business objectives Designs, develops, evaluates, and updates training content, materials, manuals, tests, and related training aids to ensure optimum effectiveness Improve the training approaches and resources according to assessment and/or identified training needs, covering individual mentoring, group sessions, demonstrations, meetings, eLearning, workshops, refreshers, in person, virtual, and/or self-study.
