p>Job Responsibilities ⢠Deliver and co-facilitate virtual and in-person training sessions using established curricula and materials ⢠Support onboarding programs and ongoing development training initiatives ⢠Assist in updating training materials, job aids, and presentation content as needed ⢠Collaborate with L&D team members and subject matter experts to maintain accurate and relevant learning content ⢠Coordinate training logistics, including scheduling, communications, and participant tracking ⢠Collect and compile learner feedback and assist with basic reporting on training effectiveness ⢠Utilize the Learning Management System (LMS) to assign courses, track completion, and support learners ⢠Provide basic technical assistance to participants during virtual sessions ⢠Maintain accurate documentation of training activities and materials ⢠Support additional learning and development initiatives as assigned ⢠Document training activities and results in internal systems with accuracy and timeliness ⢠Perform other related duties as assigned. Skills, Licenses, Certifications ⢠Highly proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, One Drive, SharePoint, Teams, PowerPoint) ⢠Proficient in basic IT troubleshooting, system setup, and navigation - and ability to teach to others ⢠Beginner level instructional design experience ⢠Content development experience desired ⢠Able to gather and analyze complex facts and data, draw inferences, weigh alternatives and present logical solutions ⢠Exceptional facilitation skills in classroom and virtual settings.
