Corrects vehicle deficiencies by removing, repairing, adjusting, overhauling, assembling, disassembling, and replacing major assemblies, sub-assemblies, components, parts, or systems, such as, power and drive trains, electrical, air conditioning, fuel, emission, brake, steering, and hydraulics. Under the direction of the Manager, Grounds & Fleet, the Equipment Mechanic I, Lead, maintains, troubleshoots, diagnoses and repairs all types of vehicles and equipment owned and leased by Brandeis University.
