Requirements:2-4 years of applicable experience in Operational Safety, Field Safety Operations, Occupational Safety & Health, Law Enforcement, Fire Service, Emergency Management, or similar role in a fast-paced environment where ambiguity is seen as opportunities or a combination of equivalent education and experience, Possesses excellent emotional intelligence with an empathetic communication style that fosters connection, collaboration and motivation, Familiarity with, or ability to quickly learn, Google Workspace, Jira, Confluence, and Slack software applications, BS in Occupational Safety & Health (OSH), Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), Emergency Management, or equivalent field. Gather data and information, conduct interviews, and collect evidence as needed for vehicle safety events, potential safety incidents, close-calls/near-misses, and concerns involving Client vehicles during testing and service operations.
