In addition to maintaining a reduced judicial caseload, the ADC leads special projects, supports organizational change initiatives, and serves as the Division Chiefs designee for assigned operational responsibilities, expanding leadership capacity while advancing the mission and goals of the Office of Administrative Hearings.
