Under the general direction of the Client Service Manager and the Director of Laboratory Services, the Phlebotomist/Clinical Lab Associate collects blood specimens for analysis, performs routine processing for all specimens submitted for clinical analysis, including registration, accessioning, receipt, and requisitions into the Laboratory Computer System.
