Pay Range: $19 per hour - $22 per hour* Within the range, individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience.
The experience we often see correlated with success in this role is: 1-2 years minimum experience work in a commercial kitchen environment or in food manufacturing using a variety of equipment such as kettles, depositors, and scales. Partnering with a team of cannabis confection professionals to compete the production plan by following scheduling and assignments, accomplishing work tasks, and following established priorities.

Although not skilled in all stations, a Line Cook II is hyper-specialized and has a proven ability to execute all menu items properly from prep to plate and deliver top-quality dishes from two or more stations. At Soho House, a Line Cook II (wood-fired Pizza Cook) is responsible for maintaining a station or two, seamless preparation of food and sauces, and assisting Senior Chefs with service.
