Overview: The Key Holder responds to tenant requests to unlock their apartment, unlocks or locks the community room when applicable, conducts basic building safety checks, and performs other observation duties as assigned by the Property Manager. Other exposures could include cleaning supplies, chemicals involved in pest control, paint and other materials used in building maintenance, building temperature fluctuations, dust, noise, and odors.
