The Job Coach assists in the development of employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities that can include job coaching, follow-along support, ongoing job supports, discovery services, self-employment support services, career exploration services, co-worker supports, and/or prevocational/independent living skills activities based on assigned participants goals. Provide pre-vocational and independent living skills training activities, as appropriate, for individuals enrolled in discovery services, self-employment support services, career exploration services, co-worker supports, job development, follow-along or ongoing job supports, and/or Day Hab/CDS individuals working on barriers to employment.
