p>Qualifications/Skills and Competencies Experience: Experience must include eight (8) years involving each of the following:
- Salesforce;
- Discovery, Scoping, Analysis and Implementation phases;
- Implementation of Salesforce.com applications - Sales, Service clouds;
- CRM processes such as Account Management, Contact Management, Opportunity Management, Product Management, Quote process, Lead Management, Case Management, or Order Management;
- Declarative features such as Validation Rules, Flows or Approval process for satisfying complex business process automations;
- Implementing security and sharing rules at object, field, and record level for different users at different levels of organization, creating various profiles and configured the permission sets and sharing rules based on the organizational hierarchy;
- Data management activities using Data Loader, SalesForce Inspector and workbench; and.
Education and Occupational Experience:
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Applications, Information Technologies, or a related field of study and eight (8) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation.
