Key responsibilities include creating and managing purchase orders, tracking backorders and delayed shipments, coordinating with manufacturers and vendors, maintaining accurate inventory records, establishing cycle count routines, identifying obsolete or slow-moving inventory, improving bin/location discipline, supporting technician truck stock coordination with the Service Manager, and ensuring warranty claims are properly submitted and vendor credits are received. The right candidate will take direct accountability for inventory accuracy, open purchase orders, cycle counts, vendor follow-up, warranty claim tracking, shipping/receiving, and physical inventory discipline.
