Qualifications 10+ years' experience in retail/CPG company/consulting with progressively increasing responsibility Bachelor's degree in business, finance, supply chain, analytics preferred 5+ years' experience building, leading, motivating teams Expert Knowledge of retail, merchandising and end-to-end process in a multi-channel retail environment Broad knowledge of pricing, forecasting, segmentation, cross-functional applications and systems Merchandising experience including pricing, assortment planning, financial planning, item planning, location planning, category management Experience with retail price optimization tools and third-party competitive data providers Demonstrated success in communicating across various levels across organizations, aligning teams to strategic vision, and motivating teams to execute change Analytical mindset with detail orientation and entrepreneurial work ethic - in short, a "general athlete" Demonstrated success in leading teams and efforts to create process efficiencies Proven ability to translate data into insights and insights into action Builds capacity of individuals and teams through effective employee development, involvement, communication, and supervision efforts Ability to present and calibrate on critical challenges on the executive level Benefits In addition to a rewarding career, Sprouts offers a comprehensive program to help support you and your family.
