p>• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field • 3 years of hands-on experience building hardware in a manufacturing or integration environment • Familiarity with aerospace assembly best practices • Experience writing build and test procedures for technicians and specialists • Exposure to electrical harness design and mechanical routing in 3D CAD software • Collaborate with integrated product teams to ensure system-level avionics design meets needs for structures, propulsion, and software systems integration and test • Comfortable communicating across design, manufacturing, supply chain, test, and logistics teams to ensure hardware quality and pace of execution • Self-starter who can define and roll out new processes from scratch, working collaboratively with technicians, engineers, and external vendors • Proficient in CAD, basic design or test analysis, and first-principles hand calculations. • Experience supporting aerospace defense or other mission-critical mechanical hardware • Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications • Experience authoring and improving work instructions, travelers, and build documentation • Familiarity with PLM, MES systems, and production change control in a regulated environment • Hands-on exposure to tooling fixtures or assembly aids on the manufacturing floor.
