About Farmers Insurance Protégé Program
The Farmers Insurance Protégé Program is designed for driven, entrepreneurial individuals who want to build a long-term career in insurance sales with the goal of agency ownership. Protégés work directly with an experienced Farmers Agent Mentor, learning the business from the ground up while developing sales, marketing, and leadership skills.
This role is ideal for competitive, coachable sales professionals who want income growth, structured training, and a defined path toward leadership or agency ownership.

The Farmers Insurance Protege Program through Elder Agency is designed for ambitious individuals who want to eventually own and operate their own successful insurance agency, with mentorship, structure, and real-world training along the way. Proteges who successfully complete the program and meet all performance and approval requirements will be eligible for agency ownership with Farmers Insurance and District 20.
