The right candidate will have 3+ years of construction management experience on large and/or small projects and varying asset classes including but not limited to, Higher Education, Retail, Multi-family, Hospitality, Healthcare, Restaurant, Transportation, Water and Waste Treatment, Convention Centers, Laboratories, Correctional, etc.
