The Student Engagement Systems Manager serves with the Office of Transformative Learning and leads the coordination, implementation, and continuous improvement of digital systems, communication workflows, and engagement infrastructure that support student participation in Transformative Learning opportunities. The position also plays a key role in institutional learning and continuous improvement efforts by developing systems and analytics that help unit leaders evaluate program effectiveness, identify barriers to participation, improve student experience, and inform strategic decision-making.
