This is a dual-facing role: internally, you will partner with engineering and research teams to mature R&D investments into deployable capabilities; externally, you will engage with customers and stakeholders across the Intelligence Community and Department of War to understand mission needs, identify market opportunities, and shape solutions that deliver real operational value. Collaborate with software solution teams to define strategic priorities, provide input on effectiveness of software solutions for users and stakeholders, and solicit feedback from users/stakeholders on software designs.
