li>Compliance-based auditing using and knowledge of the RMF, National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) Assessment and Authorization Process Manual (DAAPM), DCSA Assessment and Authorization Guide (DAAG), Joint SAP Implementation Guide (JSIG), Department of Defense Manuals, Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) manuals.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of experience implementing a security program in a classified environment, or an advanced degree with 0-1 years' experience working in Industrial Security, Information Assurance/Cyber, Special Programs, military or government information security programs.

Experience providing technical security consultation for complex, cross-domain, heterogeneous classified networked environments in collaboration with internal/external Customers, Information Technology (IT). Experience working with and/or supporting computer technologies (such as: databases, operating systems, computer network hardware, software programs, hardware troubleshooting or electronics).

p>Has comprehensive knowledge of finance, payroll, and FDM system capability; stays informed about Workday's latest features by attending hosted webinars and leveraging Workday Community to adequately guide business stakeholders on solutions that aim to optimize operations and educate stakeholders on best practices and advanced functional-technical solutions.

May participate in cross-functional workgroups (e.g., integrations, reporting, security) across all Workday domains/functional areas (i.e., SCM, HR, Finance, and Technology); has familiarity with less complex integrations and offers input on the design and modifications of integrations related to finance, payroll, and FDM, including data exchange with Workday and other platforms.

GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES: In the Department of Administration, to be responsible for technical and managerial support for by serving as project manager for mid scale intra-agency and/or inter-agency information technology projects to ensure alignment and benefit realization, including all stages of the project management life cycle including conceptualization and determination of business needs; assembling and directing the project team; vendor selection and management; system design, configuration, and development, testing, and implementation; developing the work plan schedule; allocating resources; change control management; ensuring overall project success; plan, monitor, control and deliver projects, to a close; manage projects to an acceptable level of risk by managing scope, time, cost and completion; to be ultimately responsible for the successful delivery of the project(s) as defined by ensuring the project(s) is delivered on time, on budget, and to the satisfaction of the customer (i.e., project sponsor); and to do related work as required.
