This position includes overall responsibility for system-wide IT planning, cybersecurity, risk management, data governance, project management, technology acquisition, vendor and partner management, digital transformation, and IT support services such as help desk, desktop support, enterprise-level software, and servers and networking infrastructure within Seattle Colleges. Oversee comprehensive IT support services for students, faculty, and staff, including the help desk (in-person and online), desktop support, classroom and conference room technologies, student success platforms, the enterprise student information system, and library technology systems.
