The Applications Engineer - Power Systems Rental Projects is responsible for engaging and collaborating with the rental sales teams and customers on complex power systems rental projects throughout the dealer territory; engage the CAT Rental Power dealer network for the re-rental of Carter rental fleet assets that are identified as underperforming by the rental sales manager. In addition to base pay, the compensation package may include participation in performance-based incentive programs (e.g., discretionary or non-discretionary plans), as well as overtime eligibility depending on the role.
The Operations Manager and field leadership team will report directly to this role, with responsibility for executing daily operations, workforce planning, scheduling, and project coordination to meet the demands of complex scaffolding installations. The General Manager will oversee a growing regional team supporting scaffolding construction projects, delivering safe, efficient, and compliant access solutions across a range of job sites.
The Security Vendor Management (SVM) team provides support to business units within the Security organization by managing, negotiating, and overseeing the purchase of contracted products and/or services. The team conducts general relationship management for Security business unit contract owners with contract needs, vendor selections, vendor performance and escalations, requisitions, purchase orders, and invoice review.
ul>Daily Operations Leadership: Manage the day-to-day staff and operations of a technical help desk, overseeing Incident Management, Request Fulfillment, and Access Management in coordination with Government leads.
Training & Best Practices: Train Customer Service Leads and team members on process implementation to ensure teams follow industry best practices and maintain procedural integrity.
