This position will require a close working relationship with Operations, Production, Traffic, HR, Quality, and Maintenance departments as well as an ability to handle complex issues such as accident investigation, policy documentation, employee training, and corrective action support. Overview: Under the supervision of the Corporate Safety Manager, the Safety Specialist will develop, train, and enforce the policies and procedures designed to maintain and improve employee safety at the Flagstaff facility.
